Crown Paperweight by PGW Glass, WI

Chuck Pritchard and Beth Cox designed and crafted this crown in the style of the antique makers. The 24 strands that make up the crown consist of white spiral filigree twists, three-color counter twisted augers, and twisted white latticinio canes.  The center signature cane-consisting of 21 elements, has the Museum initials BMM and is dated 2005.

Each weight is signed "PGW" and is numberd on the bottom. Edition of 50.

Cornflower Paperweight by Stankard Studios, NJ

(This is the last one!)

Stankard Studios was commissioned to commemorate the memory of Evangeline H. Bergstrom with her favorite flower-the cornflower. Working under the masterful skill of her father, Paul Stankard, Christine Stankard Kressley designed an intricately beautiful Cornflower Paperweight. The blossom is a complex grouping of rows of tubular florets with graduating degrees of blue and purple. Approximately 3" in diameter.

Edition of 50. Each signed "Stankard Studio".

Floral Paperweight by Joe Rice, IN

Available in a variety of colors including carmel, cobalt, ruby, pink,  purple, and multi-colored. Weights are dated and imprinted with the artist's name.

Museum Collection Plates by Pegg Karr Glass

Two of the Museum's most popular and valuable weights, both from Evangeline Bergstrom's original bequest, have been commissioned to 8" plates. The horse motif is taken from a mid-19th century Baccarat and the upright floral bouquet rests inside a Saint Louis blue and white double overlay, circa 1848-1855.
